I started my career in HVAC behind the scenes—answering customer calls, managing schedules, handling payroll, reviewing finances, and learning how a successful service company operates. Over time, I became involved in every part of the business, from helping customers understand repairs to planning major heating and cooling projects.
That experience showed me how overwhelming HVAC decisions can be. Homeowners are often presented with technical language, expensive recommendations, and very little time to decide. Many are left wondering whether they truly need a repair, should replace their system, or are being sold more than their home actually requires.
That is why I created Pink Collar.
Pink Collar is an independent resource for homeowners who want to better understand their heating and air-conditioning options. We provide practical advice, review repair and replacement recommendations, explain estimates, and help homeowners ask the right questions before moving forward.
Our goal is not to pressure you into buying a system. It is to help you make a confident decision that protects your comfort, your home, and your budget.
Pink Collar also represents a different kind of leadership in the trades: knowledgeable, welcoming, honest, and unafraid to challenge the way things have always been done.
Because homeowners deserve expert guidance without the intimidation.

Feedback from homeowners Cesar has helped across the Bay Area.
"We got bids from multiple companies on how best to convert from a standard gas furnace to heat pumps. None of the others made much sense. Servando's assessment was thoughtful… Installation went smoothly. We were very happy with Servando and his crew."
"Very professional guys. They installed our natural gas furnace and forced air heating system quickly, cleanly, and exactly as quoted."
"He was very friendly and used shoe booties when he walked inside, which was a nice touch. He also explained what he was doing to the units."
"Called in the evening with no heat - they were at our door the next morning with a clear, fair quote. Honest, friendly, fast."
"Walked us through every rebate we qualified for and installed a heat pump that's already cutting our bill. Highly recommend."
